Darth Yorling September 1, 2011

Posted by Mitchell in Art.

Look at what Nicole made me buy:

Nifty eh? It’s signed and numbered on the back as eight of twenty-five. It was also the last one the guy had for sale. *Edit* Whup! Now he has another one available. Maybe he’s getting these things printed one at a time.

*Edit*  I photoshopped the picture to get rid of the glare from the glass and partially de-skew it. The original print is 11 x 17 inches. I just threw it into a plain black wooden frame and I had a perfect chunk of blank wall to hang it on.

In other news, IT’S A FIVE DAY WEEKEND FOR ME! Woo-hoo!

Yeah, she sure threatened your life if you didn’t get it… 😉

You know how cool that would look if you put a heavy beveled plate of glass over it and used it as a coffee-table? Maybe a mitered frame and edge-lit….

Not that it isn’t TOTALLY cool already.

I agree with Aggie – I can’t see Nicole holding a gun to your head.

You totally yorled purely because it’s your nature to get cool stuff – you can’t deny it.

Since it’s only 11 x 17 inches it would make a very SMALL coffee table.

wonder if the Nicole – Mitchell scene looked like this:

Yup. That was pretty much the situation. I really had no choice in the matter.

And yeah, It would be cool deck of cards.

the Darth Yorling motif would make for a pretty cool deck of cards….

Would be an awesome end table, though… or if he’d do more of the deck, I could see 3 or 4 of them together for a coffeetable.

And if I looked half as cool as Trinity, I wouldn’t spend as much time online. 😛
