Seriously? We elected that corrupt, evil bastard for ANOTHER six years? Good grief. This definitely taints our overall victory for me. Ah well.

Glenn Beck was having fun this morning and watching this made me feel better: Happy Days.

Oh, and make no mistake, our Communist in Chief will become even more petty, truculent and dangerously disengaged.  Hat tip to the Flea on that last one.  Seriously, go read it.  My blood ran cold yesterday.

Don’t casinos have lots of union labor?

It’s the only thing that seems to me to be able to weigh what should be a fairly conservative state. Am I on crack?

A lot of them do yeah. But it’s not just that – it’s Clark County. As you know urban areas just go for Dimocraps and this one county practically outweighs the entire rest of the state population-wise. I just looked over the local races, and the Dims won most of them. Over the last 20 years we’ve had a HEAVY infestation of idiot Califuckheadians who fled their train-wreck state just to bring those same bankrupting policies they supported there into here. And of course with Gov. Moonbeam back in power that state is going to fall apart so fast we’ll likely get creamed by the shrapnel. Ugh. If my foot wasn’t so nailed down here I’d seriously start considering fleeing to Texas.

Taking back the House was a good start, but we’re not out of the woods yet. Oh, no. Not by a long shot.

Random – the Alchemy game for the Droid is totally fun. You mix and match to get elements (e.g., water + fire = alcohol).

I think the Droid X is a big improvement over the Droid, which is what I have, from what I’ve seen so far. I don’t like the physical keyboard.

PS, you can do all the things Michael mentioned with the Droid, AND it has google navigation, which will actually talk you through your directions while you’re driving.

Well howdy there Mrs. Peel!

You know, I didn’t think I was going to like the touch-screen keyboard and it was a minus during my comparisons with those that didn’t, but it’s actually really good at figuring out what you meant to hit. Particularly with the Swipe feature enabled.

And yes, it can do anything the iPhone does. I haven’t needed the navigation stuff but I’ve used the map feature several times. It’s very cool.
