I mostly worked on The Amazing Technicolor Möbius Dreamscarf:

It took two skeins (plus a bit more) of a really nice Japanese yarn that’s 70 / 30 wool & silk.

Oh, and this thing had 444 stitches cast on a 60 inch long cable needle. There are 21 rounds on this and one more for the bind off. This is about 9800 stitches total. Thatsalotoffreakingstitches.

Thanks Cathy!

Sorry KC! This one is for my sister and I don’t think I’ll make another one of these for a while.

Way cool! It looks very involved.

Yah, I’m glad I did it, but it got very tiresome toward the end. It’s a bit long and was definitely crowding the stitches by the time I was done. Since the thing is cast on twice around the cables they actually get shorter the more rounds you do.

It looks really good!! I’m going to finish my booties lol and i’ll make an attempt lol (it probably won’t be a very good attempt but an attempt none the less :P)

It’s a little awkward at first but I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it quickly. Good luck with the booties!
