I think that song is on Armin Van Buuren’s State of Trance 2004 album – or at least one of the State of Trance albums. I really like it, also.
The “beach” disk of State of Trance 2006 is outstanding, BTW.
Ah hell – that is the 2nd track on the beach disk of State of Trance 2006.

How is the rest of the SoT ’06 album? Any more gems like “White Sand” on it?
I like the beach disk much more than the club disk, though the club disk isn’t bad (Armin has taken to dividing his “State of” releases by putting the mellower tunes on a “beach” disk and the livelier stuff on a “club” disk). If you liked “White Sand” you’ll probably enjoy most of the disk. The disk opens with waves gently crashing on a beach, and then a piano slowly kicks in and builds – I like this track more than White Sand.
