So if you have a jacket, it will have to go through the x-ray, which eliminates the idea of hiding a bottle in a jacket pocket. You can control the temp in your own cabin though. But maybe, likely, I'm just a wimp. Also, just accept up front that you're going to have a bar bill running in the hundreds.
